Proxies

On 31st March, World Headquarters sends a Voting Proxy postcard to each Club President. This should be signed by the President and sent on to the District Governor whose address appears on the postcard. This enables the District to vote on business matters at the International Convention in August.

This Voting Proxy should not be confused with the sheet of two Proxies which is sent separately by the District entitling the Club to vote at the District Council meeting.
