Welcome to Division E in District 109 and Region 10 of Toastmasters International®, the home to a vibrant community of clubs across Zürich, St. Gallen, Winterthur, and Opfikon.

Our Division brings together people from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: to grow as communicators and leaders in a supportive, inspiring environment. Whether you are just beginning your journey in public speaking or looking to refine your leadership skills, you’ll find a place here to learn, connect, and thrive.

Clubs in Division E meet in person, online, or in hybrid format, giving you the flexibility to participate in the way that suits you best. Some are corporate clubs with closed membership, while many others are public clubs, open to anyone interested in improving their communication and leadership skills.

Through our clubs, contests, training sessions, and special events, Division E offers countless opportunities to practice, improve, and celebrate progress together. Most importantly, we are a community that encourages each member to discover their voice, build confidence, and make an impact.

District 109 encompasses 16 countries: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Slovenia, Switzerland, Türkiye, and Vatican City.

Our District brings together a rich diversity of cultures, languages, and traditions, all united by the Toastmasters values of integrity, respect, service, and excellence. Within District 109, members support one another in developing their communication and leadership skills, while building friendships that cross borders.

Spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean, from historic cities to dynamic modern centers, District 109 offers a unique blend of perspectives and experiences that make our community stronger.
