Northern Stars is the only advanced club in Finland. To become a member, you need to hold the title of Toastmasters competent communicator (CC), have performed at least 8 out of 10 speeches from your CC manual, or have completed Pathways Level 2. However, you are always most welcome as a guest at our meetings that usually take place the second Saturday of each month. It is certainly the best way for you to know if this club can support your aspirations: Please visit us!
Being an advanced club also means that we fearlessly challenge ourselves. To manage this excellence level, we cherish ourselves with each other’s feedback, hold debate sessions and focus on mentoring. We also try to have a guest speaker in every meeting.
Our strengths are our diversity and our taste for achievement. Citius, Altius, Fortius!
We hope to see you soon!

The Toastmasters Mission A statement of shared values
Every Toastmasters club shares the same mission, clearly defined in the following mission statement:
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth..
Through this mission, each Toastmaster gains a clear understanding of the club's purpose, and the organization as a whole benefits from a shared set of values and goals.
